After School Swimming Lessons

Water safety, confidence & technique for school-age swimmers

When we swim

Mon–Fri 4:00pm – 6:30pm · Sat 9:00am – 3:00pm · 30 min lessons · 11 levels

Structured, supportive lessons that build strong technique and water confidence.

Beginners

Max 4 per class · teacher in the water · one-on-one instruction · parents welcome poolside.

Progression

  • Seals — after 10m freestyle & backstroke (max 6, teacher on deck)
  • Dolphins to Silver — 25m pool, technique & fitness (6–8 swimmers)

Year-round

Survival skills at every level · six-week break at Christmas only.

When we swim

Tue, Thu & Fri · 12:30pm – 3:00pm · 30 minutes

Purpose-built children's pool in Hoppers Crossing — calm environment without parent in water.

What to expect

  • Warm shallow pool · max 4 per teacher · instructors in water
  • Individual attention within a small group
  • Freestyle & backstroke as skills grow

After 10m of both strokes, swimmers progress — often into our after school program for advanced strokes.

Baby Swimming Lessons

Bonding, water awareness & early survival skills

Quality time in the water with your baby — one of Hoppers Crossing's best baby pools.

Parent & baby

  • Max 7 babies · parent in the water with experienced infant teachers

  • Fun, confidence & survival through play

Adult Classes

Confidence to lap swimming & stroke correction

Adults only in the pool — from first-time swimmers to lap swimmers wanting technique help. Up to six per class, learn at your own pace.
