Christmas closure

Shawn would like to thank all of our wonderful families for their continued support of Shawn's Swim School in 2025. We have the best families attending our swim school and we are very grateful. Shawn would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Be safe, especially around water. This Summer, please watch your children at all times and encourage them to practise all the skills they have learnt with us. We want to see you all return safely to us in 2026!

Make-up lessons to be completed by end of year

• Our last lesson for the year will be held on Saturday 20th of December . We will then be closed for 6 weeks and will re-open on Monday February 2nd .
• Any make-up lessons that you have incurred or do incur before December this year will not be transferred to 2026. If you don't get these make-ups done before we close, you will need to pay half for those missed lessons (or, if you have pre-paid, we will refund half your payment for those lessons or take that amount off your Term 1 2026 fees).
• Late cancelled lessons and No Shows must also be paid for in full in order for your position to be held for 2026.

About "Late Cancels": these are lessons cancelled after our cut-off time. No exceptions can be made for cancellations made after these times, and the full lesson price is payable without the offer of a make-up lesson. The make-up system is only manageable if we get reasonable notice; otherwise we won't be able to continue to offer this service.

Bookings for 2026

• Keeping your current time? There's nothing to do. Your current position will be reserved for you.
• Returning, but can't come at your current time? Please see us at reception and we will write down your desired times. The wider the range of times you give us, the more likely you are to get a position. Once your name is on that sheet, you are giving up your current time for 2026. If you don't get a permanent position, you will still be able to get a lesson every week in a temporary spot (like a make-up lesson) until we get you a permanent position.
• Would prefer a change, but can still come at your current time? Ask us to put you on our time change request form. You will come at your current time until we can accommodate your request.

In the past we have been able to get everyone a position by the first couple of weeks back in the new year, so don't panic, you should all get a position. It's us who have to panic, because we have to somehow organise all of this!

Not returning in 2026? Please let us know before December 12th .

2026 term dates and prices

Our Term 1 begins on Monday 2nd of February and concludes on Saturday 18th of April .

Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday lessons (11 lessons)

• 1 child: $286 (11 x $26)
• 2 children: $561 (11 x $51)
• 3 children: $825 (11 x $75)

Friday & Saturday lessons (10 lessons) (we will be closed Friday 3rd April for Good Friday and Saturday 4th April for Easter Saturday)

• 1 child: $260 (10 x $26)
• 2 children: $510 (10 x $51)
• 3 children: $750 (10 x $75)

Mondays (9 lessons) (we will be closed Monday March 9th for Labour Day and Easter Monday 6th of April)

• 1 child: $234 (9 x $26)
• 2 children: $459 (9 x $51)
• 3 children: $675 (9 x $75)

You will be paid up to Saturday 18th of April.

After School and Pre-School Lessons

• 1 child: $26
• 2 children: $25.50 each
• 3 or more children: $25 each

Squad

• $25 if doing squad only
• $23 if still doing lessons

Tadpoles

• $176 for 8 lessons ($22 per lesson)
• $26 per lesson if only doing 1 class per week ($104 for 4 lessons)

Adults

• $30 per lesson (Mondays $270, Tuesdays $330, Wednesdays $330, Saturdays $300 for the whole term)
