Classes continue during school holidays!

Classes run as normal during the school holidays. We will only be closed for the 3 Easter Public Holidays: Good Friday April 3rd, Easter Saturday April 4th and Easter Monday April 6th . Apart from those 3 days, lessons will be running as per usual. Please note there is no squad training during the school holidays.

Term 2 prepayment totals

Our Term 2 begins on Monday 20th of April and concludes on Saturday 11th of July .

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday lessons (12 lessons)

• 1 child: $312 (12 x $26)
• 2 children: $612 (12 x $51)
• 3 children: $900 (12 x $75)

Monday and Saturday lessons (11 lessons) (we are closed on Saturday 25th April for ANZAC Day and Monday 8th June for King's Birthday)

• 1 child: $286 (11 x $26)
• 2 children: $561 (11 x $51)
• 3 children: $825 (11 x $75)

You will be paid up to Saturday 11th of July.

Diving classes

We will be holding diving classes on Wednesday 8th of April between 1pm and 3pm . This is the first Wednesday of the school holidays.

The cost is $15 for the half hour class and must be paid when you book in and cannot be cancelled. No refund will be given for a cancelled class for any reason. To book in please see reception and be quick because spots fill up quickly. These classes are only for students who are having lessons in our big pool (Dolphins or above).

Private lessons

We are offering some 1 on 1 private lessons during the school holidays. These are for any current students at Shawn's Swim School in any level, from pre-schoolers up to squad swimmers. The teacher will work on any skill your child wants to improve on, whether it be a beginner who is having trouble floating or a squad swimmer who wants to improve their butterfly!

These classes will be held on Wednesday 15th of April, between 12 and 3pm . They will be of 30 minutes duration. The cost will be $50, payable upon booking. To book in please see reception. Other days might be offered if these classes fill up quickly.

Get Active Kids Voucher Program

We are a Get Active Kids Voucher Program Activity Provider and Round 10 is open! Applications for a voucher close at 10am on 2 April or earlier if the budget allocation is fully exhausted.

If your family or child has a Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card, you may be eligible for up to $200 to put towards the cost of your child's swim fees at Shawn's Swim School.

• Round 10 open to apply for a voucher or reimbursement: 10am Tuesday, 3 March 2026, closing 10am on 2 April or earlier if the budget allocation is fully exhausted.
• Reimbursement expenditure dates: from 1 January 2026 to submission of application.
• Vouchers expiry date: Wednesday, 29 April 2026.

Apply at www.getactive.vic.gov.au/vouchers to have your voucher emailed to you. Let us know your voucher code when you pay your fees and we will take up to $200 off the registration and membership fee (as well as any included uniforms and/or equipment).

Tip: Be sure to select us as your Activity Provider. We are listed as Shawn's Swim School (don't forget the apostrophe in "Shawn's" or you won't find us), and our Get Active Kids Voucher Program number is 3675489 .

If you have already paid for your child's activity, you can get credit towards next term. You can only apply for either one voucher or a reimbursement for each child in Round 10. Special consideration applies for children residing in care services as well as temporary or provisional visa holders, undocumented migrants or international students.
